Some browsers when employing Adobe Acrobat Reader™ will freeze when opening the Bulletin (due to its file size). If that happens, place your cursor on the link desired, right button click and then left button click the “Save link as” or “Save target as” option on the menu that appeared. Then open up Adobe Acrobat Reader™ go to “File”, left-button click on “Open” and browse to and select the pdf file.
